The branch gathers at a local hostelry every three months to enjoy lunch together.
That last time we all got together was at our Christmas Lunch in December 2019. So it was with great pleasure that we were able to have another luncheon gathering after the all the restrictions and lockdowns because of covid19. We once again gathered at the Woodcocks Hotel, Burton Waters, to enjoy a convivial meal and lots and lots of catching up chatter.
Our guest of honour was Harry Archer, a D-Day Veteran and ex-Corps member, whom some members of the branch attended his investiture as a Chevalier of the Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur, in January 2020.
And after the lunch our President Mjr (retd) Derek Wood presented Harry with a copy of the Corps Centenary book, "Roger So Far".
Our Chairman, John Hudson, welcomes everyone.
