This is a circular walk of 3.3 miles and is very easy. It starts at the Riverside Car Park opposite the castle and takes you along the River Trent and through the Sconce and Devon Park back into the town centre. We stopped recording the walk once in the town as you can wander as you please round the market and adjacent streets. The National Civil War Museum is worth a visit.
